Dr. Caroline Cunningham

Board Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Caroline Cunningham graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology.  She then attended medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine earning her Doctorate of Medicine in 2016 and graduating first in her class.  After medical school, Dr. Cunningham completed a one-year internship in internal medicine and a three-year dermatology residency all at Tulane University Medical Center. 

Dr. Cunningham comes to Premier Dermatology as a highly decorated physician.  Throughout her undergraduate and graduate education, she was the recipient of numerous awards including the Tulane School of Medicine Deans Award, the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Achievement Award for being a female medical student who graduates first in her class, the Dr. George H. Hauser Award for outstanding performance in the study of pathology, and the Oscar Creech, MD, Award for academic excellence and performance in surgical rotation.  Alongside her many accolades, publications, and professional memberships lies her passion.  Dr. Cunningham has been an advocate and volunteer for children with special needs and for those requiring hospitalization for many years.  In fact, she was a founding board member of Strong City, an organization representing a new way for cities to share resources and empower underserved youth.
